On behalf of myself, my wife, my family and all of our guests, I want to truly thank you for your services at our wedding on May 3, 2008. The music was perfect! Absolutely amazing! Your piano playing during cocktail hour was beautiful, you organization throughout the evening was flawless, and the music you played was perfectly timed and the selection was fantastic! I cannot thank you enough. I never once had to think about the music, and that made it all the more wonderful. I had several guests comment on the music and how appropriate it was. What a wonderful evening. Additionally, the way you worked so well with the management at the National Arts Club was seamless! Dear Brendan, It’s taken me a week to recover from my party last Saturday night, but now that my head has come out of the fog I had to write you. Dave and his assistant were the most amazing DJ’s EVER!! The music could not have been more perfectly in tune with my vision for what it should have been. There was not one guest that didn’t mention what a fabulous job he did. My feet are still aching from dancing for 3 ½ hours straight. And the pianist earlier in the evening was absolutely wonderful although I don’t think I even had the chance to meet him. We are back from our honeymoon in St. Lucia rested and relaxed! Dave and
Wyatt were absolutely fantastic DJs at our wedding!! They had people on
the dance floor the entire time. They were the perfect mix of personable
and likeable, yet completely professional. We cannot say enough good things
about them. They completely understood what we wanted without it having to
be spelled out. The salsa music was an especially big hit with everyone!

Brendan- Thank you so much. It has been hectic since we have gotten back from South Africa. You know, just thrown right back into work, and organizing gifts..... The wedding was a lot of fun and you did a fabulous job with the music. I think the testament to that was everyone dancing. And John dancing like a wild man. He was the one saying "I won't dance at the wedding", right! I will say that I know the music was great because I didn't worry about it once and I loved everything you played. I like how you and John decided to have John do the little speech to transition the crowd to dancing. I liked how the speeches were spread out. I don't think any of it sounded too long. Many people commented on the wedding and the great music. You know in the end, I think all generations were happy with the music. The only thing I noticed, was with 100 people upstairs for cocktails, the noise of people talking really drowned out the piano. Which was a shame, because you play so beautifully. Brendan, I will be sending you an "official" thank you note but in the

raved about it - two couples said how nice it was to attend an adult wedding
with marvelous music that allowed guests to talk in peace without shouting

Hi Brendan!
We just celebrated our first wedding anniversary two weekends ago. We've
been to a number of weddings since then, and at each and every one have said
to each other how much better OUR music was! And not just the music. The
way you really listened to our ideas and implemented them into the evening.
I was at one wedding recently where, during a conga line, the bride told me
she had specifically requested NO CONGA LINES! I can't tell you how many
times during that evening when some awful song was playing, I turned to B
and said, "Our DJ was so awesome!". I just wanted to tell you that. Over a
year has passed since our wedding, and we are STILL talking about what a
great job you did!
We will, of course, always keep you in mind if we ever need a DJ in the
future. And we always recommend you to friends as well! Best of luck, and

Dear Brendan - Even though I do event planning for my company, it is a little different being the Wedding Planner for your children. You hope and pray that everything goes according to plan and that the kids are happy! Sunday proved to be such an event. The wedding was perfect in every way and I thank you so very much for the wonderful music you provided. From the classical music throughout the ceremony, to the jazz at the cocktail hour, followed by the the fabulous DJ during the reception, it was marvelous. Several people commented on the music saying it was a perfect mix of fast and slow, Indian and Irish. You and Dave were fabulous -- Thank you! The ceremony music was beautiful, your help in deciding music for this was invaluable. We were taking photos for much of the cocktail hour but friends and relatives raved about your piano playing along with Dave on guitar. During the reception you had the perfect balance of staying with our suggested music list and adding songs that you knew would keep people on the dance floor. As I told you at the wedding, you were terrific. The choice to go with a
DJ instead of a band was the bride's and groom's and not one that I was
particularly happy about, but you were perfect. In fact we went to a
wedding with a band the next weekend, and although they were good
musicians, what they played did not promote the enjoyment of the guests
(as determined by the number of people dancing and friends' comments)
nearly as well as you did.

We liked everything so much (even though we weren’t even engaged at the time) we both separately made a mental note to ask them who their DJ was when the time came to make a decision. To tell you the truth – you were the first thing we decided on, and it was the easiest decision!! We liked that you were very low-key, not intrusively loud and really paid attention to what was going around (lowering music during dinner so people could talk, changing pace of music depending on the energy of the crowd, and you were able to seamlessly mix different types of music together to appeal to all ages). I cannot thank you enough for the exceptional job you and Dave did at our
wedding. From the moment you started playing the piano as our guests
arrived, I just knew I was going to be so glad we had chosen you. The music
for the ceremony was beautiful. I loved your guitar accompaniment at the
cocktail hour. It created just the right tone. And we could not have been
happier with the music you played during the reception. I especially
appreciate how you walked around the room, assessing the mood of our guests
to help you form the soundtrack of the evening. You did more than just DJ

I knew I wanted a good DJ to set the tone for the whole reception. But I'm not from the area and was doing the search without recommendations. I heard about you when visiting the Crabtree Kettle House. I contacted you because although your website is simple in design, it felt very personal and had a lot of good advice. It left me with the impression that you care about making a good party and meeting your client's needs and tastes. In communicating with you, I was put even more at ease. Having never hired a DJ before you made me feel comfortable that once I hired you I didn't need worry about logistics anymore and that you would help create the right tone through the music. You made sure we got all the details right without being fussy. Plus, you were quite flexible through my indecision about whether to have music at the ceremony. And, then of course the dancing was just great! And the flow of the evening was excellent. I think you read the crowd well and we never stopped dancing. So consider me a very happy customer. Your music was especially pleasant and well adapted, and all of us appreciated it, not an easy feat for guests coming from so many different places.
